Firestone Complete Auto Care

I had a great experience with Firestone getting my 2015 Nissan Rogue back into shape. They replaced my calipers, brake pads, and rotors, put on a new set of tires, and checked all of my systems and fluid levels while they had it. I also ended up going with the lifetime alignment, which seemed like a great value for keeping the car maintained going forward. I've had a shimy for more months than I care to say. Alex, the mechanic who worked with me, was especially helpful. He kept me informed throughout the process, was upfront about the costs, and talked me through different ways to budget for what ended up being a pretty substantial repair. I never felt pressured, and I really appreciated knowing what needed to be done, what it would cost, and what my options were. The pricing was very reasonable for the amount of work I had done, and I felt like they genuinely took good care of both me and my vehicle. The difference afterward was immediately noticeable and my Rogue drives incredibly smoothly... and honestly feels like a new car again :) I attached a picture of just how worn down my old pads and rotors were. Don't be like me, get your brakes checked before they get to this point!

I had two flat tires unfortunately (nails in both tires) I was in a time crunch since I had to work in the morning. I was pleasantly surprised that they were open at 7am which was ideal for me. I was greeted by Brandon who was more than helpful! He was friendly easy to work with and professional. I believe the technician who worked on my car was John(Juan?). They were quick to get me back on the road. I am grateful for their help and highly recommend coming here.

Brought my Tahoe in to get two tire leaks repaired couple hours later they call and say “sorry we couldn’t find the leak take it to another location with a tank so they can identify it” meanwhile I bring it to Freddy’s in Shelton the guy used a spray bottle with soapy water and identified the leaks within 2 minutes. Seems to me these dudes just didn’t wanna do their jobs. I bought the tires from Firestone you’d think they’d wanna service a returning customer. Guess not. What kind of “tire shop” can’t find a tire LEAK?

Jake was awesome! He was so personable and so professional, I have a whole other outlook on the auto professionals world now because of his amazing customer service! He seemed to be honest and very caring, unlike my experiences I've had at other companies. Thank you for having someone who knows his stuff and is very kind at the same time. We will definitely be back!

Brendon remembered me from the Lacey shop. And Jake asked me question about me and my needs and walked me through several options. No pressure just very personable and patient. My new tires were installed in a very timely manner. Tom did a great job ! This is my third Ram and fourth set of tires from Firestone. Love my new Dueler AT Ascent tires. And it is a no brainer - get the life time wheel alignment. It pays for itself with 2 uses. Come in every year and get your alignment checked.
